Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Custom bats take approximately 2-4 weeks to be made before shipping, while custom gloves take around 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence.
