Wood Bats and the Nature of the Game
Wood bats are strong, but they are still made from natural materials. Over time, wood bats can wear down or even break depending on how they are used and where the ball makes contact.

Not every break is the result of a defect, which is why we review each situation individually.

When a Bat May Be Covered
If you experience an issue with your bat within 60 days of purchase, contact us and we will review the situation.

We may ask for photos or details about how the bat broke so we can determine what happened. Our goal is always to treat players fairly and find a reasonable solution when possible.

When Damage Is Not Covered
There are situations where damage to a bat would not fall under the guarantee.

For example:

• hits made far toward the end of the bat or near the handle
• balls struck in areas outside the main hitting surface
• damage caused by misuse or improper use
• bats used in ways they were not designed for

In these cases, the break is usually the result of normal bat use rather than a manufacturing issue.

If the Bat Doesn’t Feel Right
Sometimes a bat simply doesn’t feel right to a player. If that happens, contact us and we will work with you to see what options may be available.

Please note that fully customized bats (for example bats with special finishes, names, or personal details) may not always be eligible for return or resale.
